3 tablespoons smooth peanut butter (for example Meridian, which is 100% nuts)
1 plain wholewheat or plain tortilla
1 banana, peeled
Spread the peanut butter over the tortilla
Place the peeled banana in the middle of the tortilla and wrap it around
Slice into 1cm bites to serve.
This is our Monday morning snack, that also ends up being lunch because Annabelle is simply too tired for a larger lunch after her swimming lesson – I have tried and it was an epic fail. I am usually in a hurry, so she normally has this with some extra fruit (usually strawberries because they are her favourite).
