Peanut Butter Wraps
BLW & Toddler Peanut Butter Wraps
These peanut butter wraps are the ultimate quick, no-fuss meal for busy parents - ready in minutes and perfect for baby-led weaning from 6 months+. Made with simple ingredients like a soft tortilla, peanut butter and fruit, they’re a naturally sweet, energy-boosting option that little ones love.
They’re ideal for those days when you’ve got no time, no plan, and a hungry baby or toddler to feed. Just spread, roll and slice - no cooking required. The soft texture and easy-to-hold shape make them perfect for self-feeding, helping little ones build confidence while keeping things simple.
Peanut butter provides a great source of protein and healthy fats to keep little tummies fuller for longer, while fruit like banana adds natural sweetness and fibre—making this a balanced, nourishing option for growing babies and toddlers.
These wraps are also incredibly versatile - keep them simple or add extras like berries, cinnamon or a sprinkle of seeds for variety. Slice into pinwheels for younger babies or serve whole for older toddlers.
Perfect for lunchboxes, snacks or those “I need something now” moments, they’re also great for making ahead and taking on the go.
If you’re looking for easy BLW lunches, no-cook baby meals, or quick toddler-friendly snacks, these peanut butter wraps are a go-to you’ll come back to again and again.
