If you’re looking for a simple baby-led weaning granola recipe, this Homemade Granola is a brilliant option for babies, toddlers and the whole family. Lightly toasted oats combined with maple syrup, coconut and dried berries create a naturally sweet, crunchy topping that’s perfect for breakfasts and snacks.

Many shop-bought granolas contain honey, which isn’t suitable for babies under 12 months, so making your own at home is a great way to keep ingredients simple and baby-friendly. This easy recipe uses oats, maple syrup, coconut and dried fruit, all baked together until golden and delicious.

This BLW-friendly granola works perfectly sprinkled over yoghurt, served with fruit, or added to baby breakfast bowls. It’s also ideal for toddlers and older children who enjoy a little crunch at breakfast time. Because it stores well in an airtight container for weeks, it’s perfect for batch-prepping and busy family mornings.

Whether you’re preparing baby breakfasts, toddler snacks or healthy family breakfasts, this homemade granola is a quick, wholesome recipe that’s far better than most supermarket options.
