Ingredients
- 1 cup (108g) cooked broccoli, cooled and roughly chopped
- 1 cup (100g) fresh spinach, roughly chopped
- 2 cups (250g) grated mild cheese
- 3 medium eggs, whisked
- 1 cup (125g) plain flour
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 190°C and grease or line a baking tray with baking paper
In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients to create a wet dough
Shape your mixture into bite-sized balls and place onto the baking tray
Bake your bites in the oven for 25 minutes, or until golden brown
Serve once cooled.
