Two Ingredient Banana Pancakes
These 2-ingredient pancakes are the ultimate quick breakfast for busy parents—made with just banana and egg and ready in minutes. Perfect for baby-led weaning from 6 months+, they cook into soft, naturally sweet pancakes that are easy for little hands to hold and enjoy.
They’re ideal for those mornings when you’ve got no time, no plan, and a hungry baby or toddler to feed. Just mash, mix and cook—no flour, no added sugar and no complicated steps. The soft, almost melt-in-the-mouth texture makes them perfect for early eaters and great for self-feeding practice too.
These pancakes are naturally rich in protein and healthy fats from the egg, with sweetness coming purely from the banana—making them a simple, wholesome option you can feel good about serving. You can keep them plain or add extras like cinnamon or berries for variety.
They’re also perfect for batch cooking, easy to store, and great for breakfast, snacks or even on-the-go meals when life feels chaotic.
