Peanut Butter Banana

Prep Time: 3 mins


  • 1 Banana
  • Dollops of smooth peanut butter (for example Meridian, which is 100% nuts)



Peel a banana and cut it into quarters (older babies with a good pincer grip may prefer round 1cm slices)


Spread the peanut butter on top of the banana slices and serve — so simple!

A lovely idea I found whilst browsing on Instagram and very healthy too – you might want to stick with smooth peanut butter if your baby is under 8 months and not yet enjoying lumps. Annabelle (8 months) and I love Whole Earth crunchy peanut butter, it’s simply delicious.
