Crispy Parsnip Chips

Crispy Parsnip Chips
Ingredients
- 5 parsnips, peeled and cut into skinny fries
- Olive oil for drizzling
- 1 TBSP dried rosemary
- 1 TBSP dried oregano
Instructions

Heat oven to 180°C

Simply place parsnips on a roasting tray, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with herbs

Place in the oven for 30-40 minutes until soft on the inside and slighly golden and crisp on the outside
