Yoghurt Bark

Yoghurt Bark

Ingredients

  • 500g tub of full fat greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons of maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup of strawberries, sliced (use a mug to measure if you don’t have cups)
  • 1/4 cup (50g) of granola
  • Plus any additional toppings of your choice

Instructions

In a small bowl mix together yogurt and maple syrup

Spread the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13" tray that has been covered in tin foil.

Sprinkle strawberries and granola over the top of the yogurt, slightly pressing them into the yogurt with your hands.

Freeze for about 2 hours

Remove from freezer, and cut into about 12 slices. Serve immediately, or keep in freezer in a freezer-safe bag or container for up to 30 days.

This lovely recipe is perfect for teething!
