Sweet Potato Wedges
Sweet and adorable. Excellent for BLW beginners! We have these with burgers, chilli, breaded chicken or simply on their own as a yummy, healthy snack.
- 2 sweet potato wedges
- Heat oven to 190°C
- Cut sweet potatoes into wedges (half and then quarters)
- Parboil for 5 minutes
- Drain and then place onto a baking tray - drizzle sweet potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with dried rosemary
- Bake in the oven for 25 - 30 minutes - serve once cooled.
