Sweet Potato Wedges

Sweet Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 2 sweet potato wedges

Instructions

Heat oven to 190°C

Cut sweet potatoes into wedges (half and then quarters)

Parboil for 5 minutes

Drain and then place onto a baking tray - drizzle sweet potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with dried rosemary

Bake in the oven for 25 - 30 minutes - serve once cooled.

Sweet and adorable. Excellent for BLW beginners! We have these with burgers, chilli, breaded chicken or simply on their own as a yummy, healthy snack.
