Sweet and adorable. Excellent for BLW beginners! We have these with burgers, chilli, breaded chicken or simply on their own as a yummy, healthy snack.

Rosemary Sweet Potato Wedges

Cook Time: 35 mins
Yields: 2

Ingredients

  • 2 sweet potato wedges

Method

  1. Heat oven to 190Β°C
  2. Cut sweet potatoes into wedges (half and then quarters)
  3. Parboil for 5 minutes
  4. Drain and then place onto a baking tray - drizzle sweet potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with dried rosemary
  5. Bake in the oven for 25 - 30 minutes - serve once cooled.
