Baked Pears with Cinnamon

This recipe is so simple yet so so yummy, my fussy husband is even a fan! I must admit don't like uncooked pears but I love these as I actually think they taste more like apples once cooked (or maybe I'm just odd!), the sweetness of the brown sugar and apple juice make them heaven on earth.
