Two Ingredient Banana Pancakes

This is a lifesaver when your short of time and makes a nice change from your standard toast, porridge breakfast. They are super healthy too packed with vitamins and protein.


Two Ingredient Banana Pancakes

2 Ingredient Pancakes

  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 2 eggs, whisked


  1. Simply pour whisked eggs into mashed bananas and stir to combine
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan until hot and then fry 1 1/2 tablespoon amounts of the mix at a time, cooking each pancake for 2 minutes on each side
  3. Pancakes are delicious served with extra fruit and some natural yogurt
